Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and cbajl ("Company", "we", "us"), which operates the online casino and sports betting platform at cbajl.asia. 2. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your cbajl account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. cbajl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
3. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy prevents money laundering and protects user fund security. cbajl may require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4. Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be fully met before the funds generated by that bonus can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits not used to claim a bonus are generally available for withdrawal at any time, subject to identity verification.
5. cbajl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your bank or mobile banking provider.

cbajl maintains user funds in accounts kept separate from the Company's operating funds. This segregation is designed to protect user balances in the event of any financial difficulty affecting the Company's operations.

5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

cbajl operates a zero-tolerance policy towards any conduct that undermines platform integrity, harms other users, or is illegal under applicable law. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

1. Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
2. Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity using the cbajl platform or its payment infrastructure.
3. Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonus offers, including through syndicated betting, chip dumping, or coordinated wagering designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk.
4. Attempting to access areas of the cbajl platform or its underlying systems without authorisation, including through hacking, reverse engineering, or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
5. Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any other stage of the account lifecycle, or impersonating another person in any interaction with cbajl or its support team.

cbajl employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is detected, the Company may immediately freeze the relevant account, reverse suspect transactions, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the cbajl platform — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of cbajl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the cbajl platform without the express prior written consent of cbajl. The cbajl brand name, logo, and domain are the exclusive property of the Company and may not be used in any context without written authorisation.

9. Amendments to These Terms

cbajl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cbajl will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date shown at the top of this document. Where changes are significant, cbajl may additionally notify registered users by email or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the cbajl platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
